Now that summer is here and school is out, we understand that it will be hard to maintain the exercise regimen that you are working on. We want to help out with your full time job as a parent and are now offering $5 drop in rates for all of your children ages 7 and up! They will be able to attend the classes you take so you are able to watch your kids and get your work out on!
