Class Schedules For Adults:

Total Body Conditioning - This class is designed for anyone who is looking for a way to quickly lose weight, increase their endurance and muscle mass. Participants will perform high to low impact exercises that will target their upper and lower body in just 45 minutes. You will definitely leave this class feeling stronger, dripping in sweat, and more confident. ​

AB-Solutely - Having a strong core helps you avoid lower back problems and keep your posture intact. In this 30 minute class you will perform movements that will primarily tackle your abdominal area. Get ready to sport a toned stomach.

Strong and Toned - Grab your dumbbell, kettlebells, and the use of your own body weight to perform strength related exercises. Having more defined muscles equates to an easier weight loss and just an overall stronger body. ​

Power Yoga - If you are searching for ways to tone your body and drop inches, Power Yoga will be a class to commit to.  In this class, you will flow through a variety of yoga moves that will allow you to work up a sweat in the process. If you like Vinyasa yoga, then you will enjoy this 45 minute class.​

​Gentle Yoga - Are you ready to become more flexible and improve your balance? If so, I encourage you to practice gentle yoga which is done at a much slower pace. In this Hatha based class you will told each pose for a few deep, revitalizing breaths. ​

Class Schedules For Kids:

Kids Class (Age 3-6)- Small yet highly engaging activities for young children. These classes entice children to be active by keeping their focus on fun instead of work. Children will be developing their agility, balance, and coordination skills.
Kids Class (Age 7-14)- Older kids will be performing short burst drills that will improve their speed and endurance. This fun and competitive environment fosters inspiration and skills necessary for after school recreational sports.

Personal Training You first

Jennifer offers tailored 1 on 1 personal training sessions throughout the day. These sessions are 55 minutes and include the use of our hand equipment. Check out our schedule for open times to schedule your future visit!
